因箱变引发的故障与多起事故

风电机组要正常运行,减少故障,避免重大事故的发生,箱变质量、箱变保护功能的完备状况、箱变与风电机组配套等有着重要的关系。

就此次风电机组烧毁事故来看,由于箱变的低压侧断路器不具有自动跳闸功能,当变频器不能正常脱网时,箱变就不可能及时断电,从而致使发电机持续发热,达到机舱可燃物的着火点而引发机组烧毁事故。从多个风电场的实践来看,如果箱变低压侧断路器具有自动跳闸功能,一般只会使变频器的Crowbar(低电压穿越)烧毁,功率模块损毁,其损毁的严重程度与箱变低压侧断路器跳闸及时程度有很大的关系;当箱变的低压侧断路器跳闸不及时,偶尔也会导致发电机的损坏。

再如:某风电场的1.5MW风电机组,2010年2月26日,风电场值班人员发现59号机组的轮毂、机舱顶部冒黑烟,16时9分到达现场,2月27日凌晨5时20分,火焰熄灭,机组全部烧毁。事故的起因在电控柜下部母排处,由于日常工作和维护时遗留下的短接线或其他导体,引起690V母排发生相间短路。如果机舱电缆线出现短路时,箱变及时跳闸也许能避免烧毁事故的发生。该机组的变频器布置在机舱上,当机舱上供电线路出现短路、打火现象,而箱变的低压侧断路器又不能及时跳闸时,必然会造成风电机组烧毁事故的发生。
